SMS sending from Bitrix24

One-click SMS sending – what could be simpler and more convenient? Write a short message with news, congratulations or information about promotions and discounts, select the desired segment and the system will send an SMS to the selected contacts.

All this works easily in Bitrix24 using the SerwerSMS & Bitrix24 application.

1. Install the application from MarketPlace.
2. Create an account in the ServerSMS service or add your existing ones.
3. Select on behalf of which user the correspondence will be sent.

Now go directly to sending!

Select the customer segment you want to deliver messages to. You can use both a ready-made segment from Bitrix24, and create your own by filtering customers, for example, by type, status or other user characteristics.

After installing the application, the option to send via ServerSms will be added automatically. Remember that one standard SMS contains 160 characters. If you use special characters or emojis, the limit per message drops to 70 characters.

Now you only have to compose the text of the message!

By the way, in Bitrix, you can schedule the distribution of SMSs using the automatic sending function. When you are away from your work laptop, the newsletter will be sent automatically at the specified time. You can also use Automation Rules (Robots) in Deals or Leads to trigger instant SMS notifications when a stage changes (e.g., “Payment Received” or “Order Shipped”).
