KSeF + Bitrix24 Integration

Automatic registration of invoices in KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) directly from the transaction or invoice card in Bitrix24. Now you don’t need to switch between systems and manually transfer data. All operations for registering invoices in the state system KSeF are performed in the familiar Bitrix24 interface. It’s enough to fill in the invoice, click the send button, and the app will automatically check the correctness of the data, send the document to KSeF, and return the official registration number or a detailed error reason to the invoice card. The application supports the main types of Polish invoices, including regular (VAT), advance (ZAL), final (ROZ), and adjustment (KOR) invoices, providing a full document workflow. The application addresses automation and compliance tasks through the following functions:

Checking required fields before submission (error protection);

• Sending invoice data to the state KSeF system;
• Automatically obtaining the KSeF number and recording it in the Bitrix24 invoice card;
• Tracking of registration status (Sent, Registered, Error);
• Detailed error diagnostics — the text of the reason for the rejection is displayed directly in Bitrix24;
• Support for 4 types of invoices: VAT, ZAL, ROZ, KOR; ✓ Unified work interface — all actions are available from the invoice/transaction card.
