I am certain the company is registered, but the search tool didn’t find it. What should I do?
Check for spaces in the NIP input field. If there are no spaces but the problem persists, please contact technical support, and we will try to resolve the issue.
What is a NIP and how do I find it?
NIP (*Numer Identyfikacji Podatkowej*) is a ten-digit tax identification number used for paying taxes in Poland. This number is issued by the Polish tax authorities. If you have already received payment documents from your client, they would have included their NIP there. Check the document, and you won’t have to manually enter all the other details.

How do I switch to the paid version of the app?
Click the crown icon in the app. You will be redirected to the my.support.pl store page. Click the order button and fill in the registration details.
You will then find an invoice for payment in your newly created personal account.
Immediately after payment, you will find the app license key in the “My products” section of your account.
Copy the license key and enter it into the designated field on the Bitrix24 portal.
You’re all set—you now have access to the app’s full functionality.
Can I add another field to the company card within the app itself?
