HR data / holidays / day offs

The HR data / holidays / day offs application has been specifically created to simplify, manage, and automate the work of HR specialists. With it, you can collect all important personal data about an employee in one place and get information about vacations and absences. Employees can organize their vacations directly from the app.

Application functionality:

• Personal data storage (standard Bitrix24 fields are filled automatically + you can fill in non-standard fields):
  • System data: General information about the employee, contacts, personal data.
  • Private data: Internal work-related information. Data on an employee's employment and development in the company is stored here. This information can be saved to a previously created company disk by specifying this disk in the "Settings."
• Vacation and absence registration. View the complete vacation landscape for both an employee and the entire company. In the calendar, in the context of month, week, or day, you can submit vacation requests, mark vacations, or absences from work, indicating the reason. The diagram visually displays the total number of vacation days, the number of days used, and absences.
• Registration of personal data change history. In the application, you can track who changed the data, when, and how. Additionally, you can archive data at a certain stage (e.g., save current information before adding changes). Only employees with HR and CEO rights have access to this tab.
• Reports. In the application, you can create reports on employee statuses, as well as reports on agreement / contract deadlines. All data is sorted and displayed using a filter. Reports can be downloaded in Excel. Only employees with HR and CEO rights have access to this tab.

This application is a flexible solution that can be used in its standard functionality or adapted to your business purposes. You can use the application in English, Polish, and Russian.
