Product Manager (Applications)

Join us to share your experience, grow your skills, and deliver outstanding projects
One of our key areas of activity is the implementation and development of Bitrix24 CRM

We are a certified digital agency working with clients across European. We combine expertise in digital marketing, IT, and business automation to deliver comprehensive projects for companies of various sizes.

One of our key business lines is the implementation and development of Bitrix24 CRM, as well as developing our own apps and solutions for Bitrix24 users.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of our applications division: from ideation and understanding user needs to product development, marketing, and sales growth.

About the Role

This position is for someone who wants to do more than just manage tasks — you will actively drive product development and impact business outcomes.
You will be responsible for our entire portfolio of apps on the Bitrix24 Marketplace, including their development, user experience (UX), marketing, and commercial performance. You can learn more about our apps on mediasol.pro and in more detail on support.pl.

Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities, analyzing user behavior, shaping the product strategy, collaborating with development, marketing, and sales teams, and turning customer feedback into concrete product improvements.

The ultimate goal of this role is to grow the user base, installations, paid subscriptions, and revenue from apps while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Manage the full lifecycle of applications — from ideation and requirement analysis to launch and continuous optimization.
  • Shape and maintain the product roadmap.
  • Gather feedback from users, partners, and the sales team.
  • Analyze reviews and ratings of our apps on the Bitrix24 Marketplace.
  • Monitor the development of the Bitrix24 platform itself and identify opportunities for creating new proprietary solutions.
  • Analyze competitors and determine which features and improvements will keep our products competitive.
  • Create and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Define tasks for the development team, monitor execution, and ensure deadlines are met.
Participate in testing and acceptance of new features and product versions.
  • Growth and Commercial Results
  • Monitor key product and commercial metrics: installations, active users (MAU/DAU), conversion rate to paid, sales, churn, ratings, and reviews.
  • Analyze the reasons behind app uninstalls, drops in user activity, and customer churn.
  • Identify and test product growth opportunities.
  • Formulate and validate hypotheses to increase conversion rates from free trials to paid subscriptions.
  • Optimize the onboarding process and user journey after installation.
  • Initiate the creation of educational materials, email campaigns, special offers, and add-on services.
  • Understand which product changes directly drive sales and user retention.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure our apps reach the right audience.
  • Contribute to shaping the overall marketing strategy.
  • Define requirements for app landing pages and descriptions in the Marketplace.
  • Assist in preparing case studies, articles, presentations, and video content.
  • Develop and test user acquisition hypotheses.
  • Participate in promotional and advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing channels.

User and Partner Relations

  • You will stay close to the users to understand why they install the app, where they face friction, and what makes them willing (or unwilling) to pay for it.
  • Analyze user inquiries and feedback.
  • Identify common pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Expand and maintain FAQs, documentation, and the knowledge base.
  • Design communication flows for post-installation user engagement.
  • Engage with Bitrix24 partners.
  • Prepare enablement materials and train partners on product capabilities.
  • Develop and expand partner sales channels.

Development Coordination

You won’t be writing code, but it is your job to help the development team understand what we are building, why, and for whom.
Together with the developers, you will:

  • Define requirements for new features.
  • Write user stories and describe user scenarios.
  • Set priorities.
  • Strike a balance between developing new features, fixing bugs, and managing technical debt.
  • Control release timelines.
  • Participate in QA/testing.
  • Evaluate results from both the user’s perspective and business objectives.

What is Important to Us:

  • Strong task management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in writing technical/product requirements for development teams.
  • Clear task setting and robust progress tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills to align with developers, marketers, sales reps, partners, and clients.
  • Autonomy in decision-making.
  • Ability to test hypotheses and drive ideas to completion.

Would be a great plus:

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner.
  • Experience with Bitrix24, SaaS products, CRMs, Marketplaces, or B2B services.
  • Proficiency in Polish and/or English (or other languages) at a B2 level or higher.

What We Offer:

  • Stability and Long-term Cooperation: The average employee tenure in our company as of early 2026 is 6 years.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities to advance within your specialization, transition into adjacent fields, or move into leadership roles.
  • Transparent Motivation Scheme: Base salary aligned with your seniority grade + a variable bonus tied to KPI fulfillment.
  • Flexible Work Format: An office near the “Traktarny Zavod” metro station in Minsk, with the option to work fully remote or in a hybrid setup.
  • Professional Development: Opportunities to attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other professional events.
  • 5 Paid Sick Days per Year: Days you can take off to recover if you are feeling unwell, without a medical certificate.
  • Corporate Activities & Team Building: Annual kayaking trips, business games, competitions, and other out-of-office team activities.
Proprietary E-learning Platform: Access to internal training for continuous professional upskilling.

If you want to do more than just answer user questions — if you want to understand how a client’s business works, find the right solution for them, and eventually learn how to implement Bitrix24 independently — we look forward to meeting you!
