1. EMPLOYEE PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT
Standard fields in the employment profile are filled out automatically. You can also provide additional information on employees in special fields.
You have access to two types of data.
- System data includes basic information about the employee, contacts, and personal information.
- Closed data consists of internal work-related information. This includes information about employee engagement and development inside the organization.
2. PERSONAL DATA CHANGE HISTORY
The application allows you to track when, by whom, and what data was altered. Additionally, at some point, you can archive data. Only personnel with HR and CEO rights can view this tab.
3. HOLIDAY AND ABSENCE MANAGEMENT
Examine the overall scenario for individual employees and the entire company. Use the calendar to submit leave applications, mark holidays or absences with reasons, and toggle between monthly, weekly, and daily modes.
4. EMPLOYEE REPORTS
The application allows you to generate reports on staff data and contract conditions. The data is sorted and shown using a filter. Reports can be downloaded in Excel format. Only personnel with HR and CEO rights can view this tab.
5. ACCESS RIGHTS CONFIGURATION
Only the portal administrator can access the settings.
In "Settings," categorize personnel by role: HR, Office, and CEO.
You can also provide various leave reasons, which will be shown on the slider when an employee seeks or grants leave.
