SETTING THE EXCHANGE RATE
The module allows you to assign each deal its unique PLN/USD/EUR exchange rate for calculating the pricing parameter.
PRODUCT COST ACCOUNTING
In addition to the selling price paid for each product in the catalog, you should include the following expenses:
- Product's buying price
- Transportation and packaging costs.
The "Selling Price" column computes the total of these charges in the appropriate currency.
Furthermore, these values can be estimated in several currencies for different products.
TRANSPORTATION AND PACKAGING COSTS
Simply inputting the entire amount saves you from having to fill out different expenses.
We can customize each scenario so you can efficiently do all computations on your portal!
PRODUCT PROFIT
Based on the previously entered pricing, the module computes the markup, total markup amount (if there are many products), and markup %. You can specify the currencies in the "Margin" and "Total Margin" fields. The margin is then immediately translated to the required exchange rate, regardless of the currency used to calculate the cost and selling prices.
TOTAL SALES AND PROFIT VOLUME
At the bottom of the table, you will find the total selling price of all products in the Deal, as well as the margin amount—the total markup for all products.
